The staff went above and beyond to ensure every single detail was taken care of. They provided great suggestions for food places and helped with reservations and directions. the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast experience was heavenly. Special thanks to the whole team, especially Sara and Matteo at reception and Christian from the Breakfast team, for their impeccable service. The location was great and walking distance to everything. Cons: Absolutely nothing! ✨.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of an old Italian city, in a beautiful palace with exceptional artwork and decor. the rooms we stayed in were spacious and modern, with luxurious touches such as Argan Oil toiletries and comfortable mattresses. the breakfast provided by the hotel had a variety of choices and was delectable.
The noise level was unbearable at times, making it impossible to sleep well.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas break was amazing! The building was beautifully restored with a perfect mix of modern and classic decor. The rooftop lounge provided a stunning view and served the most delicious breakfast buffet with endless options to choose from. The location couldn't be any better, as it was walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us with any inquiries.
The limited Wi-Fi, as it was difficult to connect due to the thick walls of the building. However, this wasn't a huge issue for us, as we were able to disconnect and enjoy our holiday without being glued to our devices.

Decent Swimming pool, good interior decor, handy city location. Spending xmas here proved to be an experience! the swimming pool is quite decent, and we had a lot of fun. the interior decor was outstanding, and it gave us the holiday vibe we wanted. the hotel's location was convenient for us to visit the city's tourist attractions.
Broken Coffee machine, unimpressive breakfast, limited servings. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the room we stayed in was broken, and we didn't get to enjoy it as we had wanted.
